How do I place an order?

1) Online by going to www.trainingnetwork.com. Search for videos by name, title, subject, price, producer, date and more.

2) Telephone a Customer service representative at 800-397-5125 to place your order Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm EST.

International Orders

Orders that are shipped or billed out of the US, must be prepaid. We only ship orders for purchase outside the US and Canada. Previews are not permitted. Please call, fax or email specifics about what you would like to buy and where we must ship to in order to properly quote pricing.


Payment Terms & Methods

Payment terms are Net Due Upon Receipt. Our preferred payment method is by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also pay your invoice by approved company check, money order or wire transfer. What is your 3-week preview policy?
You can preview videos either online or by ordering a free 3-week preview. Most videos can be previewed in either DVD or VHS formats. See below for more details.

Free Online Previews

Many OSHA compliance and safety training videos are available for preview online, right now, and in FULL LENGTH! Click Here to see a complete list of videos available for online previews.

Online previews are designed as a free service and are to be used for purchase consideration only. Online previews cannot be used for instruction and such use violates U.S. copyright laws.

You will need Windows Media Player installed to view the video.  If you do not have this program, a free download of the version you need for your PC is available here

Free 3-Week Preview Program

Our Free 3-week Preview Program means that you can select training videos from The Training Network, order them without the requirement to purchase, and watch the full-length programs to help you determine which videos best suit your needs. Videos that do not meet your requirements can be returned within three weeks to The Training Network. Most videos are available for preview in either DVD or VHS format. Previews are shipped only to US and Canadian addresses.

A payment method is required to process previews from our website. This may be a credit card or a Company Purchase Order. Credit cards given at the time of an online preview will not be charged until you decide to purchase the video. If you select an expedited (one or two day) delivery service for previews, you will be responsible for paying that fee.

The Training Network does not permit preview for Safety or Human Resource Training Kits, CD-ROMs, Program Planners or any other types of non-video products. We recommend you preview the video itself then, when satisfied, order the CD-ROM or Kit that includes that program.

What happens if I need more time to preview your videos?
Preview extensions may be granted, under special circumstances, by calling Customer Service at 800-397-5125 or your Account Representative.

Where should I send returns?
Simply return products via traceable delivery service, at your cost. Please include a copy of your Order Confirmation or your contact information for proper credit. The Training Network is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged materials. The shipping address is:

Languages Available

Other than English, in what languages do you offer your products?
The Training Network offers over 375 videos in Spanish. If you need other languages, please contact us with the topic and the language needed and Marketing will work with the appropriate producers to locate the product you need. You may search for all Spanish safety training titles by entering “Spanish” at the search prompt on any page.


Intranet/Internet Licensing & Content Delivery

Can I obtain licenses to place products on my company intranet or have them streamed from the internet?
Many of our products can be licensed for intranet use within your company or streamed to you via a Learning Management System. Please contact Customer Service at 800-397-5125 for details.


Quantity discounts

Are discounts available if I order more than one video?
In all cases, if you purchase a Spanish version of the the same title you are purchasing in English, the Spanish version is discounted by 20%. Quantity discounts may also be available for either multiple purchases of one video or a single purchase of many titles. Packaging/Shipping

How are the items I purchase packaged and shipped?

VHS tapes are shipped in cardboard sleeves. Each tape is labeled on its top side and spine with the video title, part number and The Training Network's contact information. DVD videos are shipped in clear plastic clamshell cases. Kits are shipped in the producer's packaging, which is designed to protect the materials and provide a convenient carrying case.

We utilize USPS Media Mail and FedEx Express Saver for shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer. All shipments include a current catalog, product satisfaction survey, special sales offers, and your Order Confirmation. The Order Confirmation gives you all the information about the products ordered including pricing. Any backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible (usually with in a week).

Overnight shipping is available for a nominal extra cost.

All videos and other products distributed by Training Network, including without limitation videos, informational text, software code, images, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphical materials, names logos, trademarks and service marks and audio, are the property of the Training Network or are licensed for distribution by Training Network. Training Network and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to the components.

Recognizing the substantial amount of work that goes into each production, we vigorously defend our copyrights and the copyrights of our licensors. Video productions and any related print content (regardless of format or method of display) are copyrighted materials and available under the following terms:

• Each video is licensed for the “life of the print.” Subject to our standard warranty terms, if the media on which the video is produced (CDR, VHS tape or DVD) becomes damaged through use or abuse, the customer will need to purchase a new copy.

• Videos may not be resold, rented, licensed or loaned for profit or non-profit purposes.

• Videos may not be copied or incorporated, in whole or in part, into any other presentation, consulting engagement, learning management system or for any other purpose.

• Videos may not be edited, translated or otherwise modified.

• Printed materials including handbooks, handouts and the like may not be copied unless specified within the product. Additional copies are available for purchase.

By written agreement, we may allow copying, intranet use, broadcast, translation and other unique uses of the video products we distribute. Please contact Customer Service at 800-397-5125 for details.

Report Unauthorized Use or Copying
Unauthorized copying of software and internet content is theft. Training Network supports the Software and Information Industry Association’s anti-piracy program. You can learn more about this program at www.siia.net and use the SIIA site to report pirated content and software.

What should I do if I suspect a Copyright Violation?
You must contact our Sales Manager by calling 800-397-5125. You may remain anonymous or provide your name, though it will remain confidential. Please be prepared, if you are able, to provide the video titles and to describe what type of violation you believe has occurred: editing, altering, duplicating, etc.

Copyright FAQ’s

Can I make copies of your products?
No. All of the products sold by The Training Network are copyright protected by law and cannot be copied or duplicated, by any means. It is also illegal to edit or alter any of the products sold or sent for preview.

Can I purchase a video then use it for training where attendees are charged for the class?
No. All of the products sold or shipped by The Training Network are not designed for, nor are they available for commercial use. The videos are only to be used for internal training of company employees.

What are the penalties for violating copyright protections?
The Training Network will charge full value for merchandise upon verification of illegal duplication, editing or alterations of any of the products it distributes. In addition, the producers of the product may pursue Federal copyright charges with fines in excess of $25,000 per violation.


Customization

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a 100% refund or credit. Simply send your product back to us within 30 days of purchase or date of invoice. Returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
