Orders that are shipped or billed out of the US, must be prepaid. We only ship orders for purchase outside the US and Canada. Previews are not permitted. Please call, fax or email specifics about what you would like to buy and where we must ship to in order to properly quote pricing.
Payment terms are Net Due Upon Receipt. Our preferred payment method is by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also pay your invoice by approved company check, money order or wire transfer. Virtually all of our OSHA compliance and safety training videos are available for preview online, right now, and in FULL LENGTH! Click on the "View Now" button next to any video for a free online preview.
Online previews are designed as a free service and are to be used for purchase consideration only. Online previews cannot be used for instruction and such use violates U.S. copyright laws.
You will need Windows Media Player installed to view the video. If you do not have this program, a free download of the version you need for your PC is available here
Free 3-Week Preview Program
Our Free 3-week Preview Program means that you can select training videos from The Training Network, order them without the requirement to purchase, and watch the full-length programs to help you determine which videos best suit your needs. Videos that do not meet your requirements can be returned within three weeks to The Training Network. Videos are available for preview in either DVD or VHS format. Previews are shipped only to US and Canadian addresses.
The Training Network does not permit preview for Safety or Human Resource Training Kits, CD-ROMs, Program Planners or any other types of non-video products. We recommend you preview the video itself then, when satisfied, order the CD-ROM or Kit that includes that program.

We utilize USPS Media Mail and FedEx Express Saver for shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer. All shipments include a current catalog, product satisfaction survey, special sales offers, and your Order Confirmation. The Order Confirmation gives you all the information about the products ordered including pricing. Any backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible (usually with in a week).
Overnight shipping is available for a nominal extra cost.

Video productions and any related print content (regardless of format or method of display) are copyrighted materials and available under the following terms:
• Each video is licensed for the ?life of the print.? Subject to our standard warranty terms, if the media on which the video is produced (CDR, VHS tape or DVD) becomes damaged through use or abuse, the customer will need to purchase a new copy.
• Videos may not be resold, rented, licensed or loaned for profit or non-profit purposes.
• Videos may not be copied or incorporated, in whole or in part, into any other presentation, consulting engagement, learning management system or for any other purpose.
• Videos may not be edited, translated or otherwise modified.
• Printed materials including handbooks, handouts and the like may not be copied unless specified within the product. Additional copies are available for purchase.
By written agreement, we may allow copying, intranet use, broadcast, translation and other unique uses of the video products we distribute. Please contact Customer Service at 800-397-5125 for details.
