You may use your order form on the back of the catalog or jot down the part number and title with your company and contact information and mail or fax that to customer service.

All non-video items, such as training kits, CD-ROMs, DVDs, Manuals, PowerPoint®, etc. are available for purchase only.

When ordering items that are on sale or part of any promotion, a promo code must be given in order to receive the benefit of the sale or promotion.  Promo codes are located on the back of catalogs, at the end of fax and email promotions, and throughout the website where specials are mentioned.
