Emergency Preparedness

Emergencies can create a variety of hazards for employees in the impacted area. OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910 requires employers to develop emergency response plans. Preparing before an emergency incident plays a critical role in ensuring that employers and workers have the necessary equipment, know where to go, and know how to keep themselves safe when an emergency occurs.  Our line of training videos covers the key elements of emergency preparedness and response: establishing emergency plans, training workers on the plan, providing personal protective equipment, and engaging in organized response operations.
